Hi.

My JR DS-8455 suddenly stopped working.
It just created a strange sound without moving the linkage.
I thought the gear had broken, but the engine inside the servo had
dissasembled itself.
The engine has the magnets in center and the wireing rotating aroud the
magnet.
The wireing came loose from the axel connected to the pinion gear.
I hust pushed the wireing back in place, and fastened the back plate.
The servo is working now. But I'm afraid this will happen again.

Should the wireing be glued to the axel ?
Is this a faulty servo, or is this actually normal ?
The servo has 15 flights to it.
It controls the tail, and I'm flying 3D a lot.

Chris.

I rather think that's a question that needs no answer. No answer at all.

Then send it back (or take it back) to where you got it and have them
replace it.
