I was getting an odd wobble with an APC 11 x 4.7 SF prop, so I thought I'd throw it on my balancer. It's quite strange. It isn't a matter of shaving off a bit from one side or the other. It seems the center is what is off as it always settels perfectly horizontal to one side. How do you fix that? I pulled out a different but new APC and get the same thing... seems odd that the center hub would be off...
Ideas?

Yes, it's not uncommon at all on APC props. It seems that the drilled hole is off, but the molded indentation is centered, and that you are supposed to use the supplied bushings with the prop to center it on the shaft diameter.
However, if you must use the drilled hole, then your only choice is to carefully open it up to try to achieve center.
