While "employed by the US NAVY" (how quaint), I attended almost 20,000
hours of instruction on the subjects of electronics and radar. That is 1
1/2
years of schooling - 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. I then practiced in the
field about a US NAVY aircraft carrier USS MIDWAY for 3 years. For the
last
thirty years, as I have been professionally engaged in the field of
electric
energy production research, which has been at the position of Chairman of
my
own company for the last ten years.
I know a few things about the subject and am constantly at the
forefront
of new investigations - either in print or in research.
When was the last time you cracked a book and/or did cutting edge
research?

I hope you do not make serious calculations like your time calculations in
your postings!
1.5 years * 52 weeks/year * 5days/week * 8 hours/day = 3120 hours that is
only 15.6% of 20000hours!
Or did you feel these 3120hours were like 20000 hours;-)
That kind of calculations are learned in germany in the primary school(10
years old children).
