Just listed on eBay a FULL FUNCTION resistance type fast charger for 4 or 6
cell Sub C Ni-Cd packs. This charger can be used to fast charge the Ni-Cd packs
of remote control cars, off road vehicles, boats, etc., provided the packs are
designed to accept fast charging, and are 4, 5, or 6 cells, Sub C or larger,
arranged in a series connection. This charger is designed to work from a 12
