hi Jchas,
i think i've got a some dime scale plans for the raiden and
p-38. not the most detailed scale plans but resemble the planes!
let me know if you're interested and i can dig them out and
make copies.

now that i think about it, i've got the ta 152 as well. it's in
the model builder wwII plans book. if you can ever find that
on ebay it's worth buying. it has Clarence Mathers p-39 and
p-51. Hannans hellcat, Peck's Zero (not the peanut), some
Doug Mchard(sp) plans (i believe the hurricane and the spitfire
are his). there's also a wildcat and i think a few more.

If It Would Not Be Too Much Trouble I Would Love Those.

The other try is to build a profile job at the size you want, find out all the peculiarities, then commit to go-for-it scale. I built a P38 from Air Trails (!) plans at about 14", and had a blast with it, indoors and out. Give it some thought, even NoCal sounds interesting...

There's a gent in the Austin, TX area by the name of Lefty Gardner who does WONDERFUL airshow performances with his P-38. Beautiful bird, and they are great shows. If you ever get a chance to see him, check im out. You won't regret it. :D

hi jchas26,
check out "www.theplanpage.com" for some great plans
by Earl Stahl. they're free! There's also a bunch of other
plans by other people now. I've built Earls Stinson Voyager
and Howard DGA and they flew great. I've seen dozens of
planes built from his plans and they seem to fly well. He's
even got a Curtiss Ascender!!!

Yup, prolific guy; I think Flyline used some of his plans, I have a Curtiss Seagull (Warjunk) that flew all the time, every time, plan is on the wall over my building bench for when I get some building time...
