Is there a grease that I can buy and force into the stuffing box? A tube, a
tube like a calking gun?... Something like that.

Putting little daps of grease on my finger sucks. There has to be a better
way.

Thanks, Bob

I use white lithium grease. It's available in tubes, but I first
squeeze some into a syringe, & from there into the stuffing tubes. I
suppose an applicator nozzle (like with silicone, etc.) might fit onto
the grease tubes - I haven't tried it.

I can buy a grease gun ($12) at my local auto parts store. And I imagine the
grease tube is just a 'drop in' type of thing. I didn't look yet. But this
sounds the 'easy way'?
