tuned muffler vs. tuned pipe?

I recently ordered a hatori muffler (710) for my raptor 60 ( tt70
engine),which I haven't received yet.
can I expect a power boost? or are these mufflers just "shiny replacements''
with minor better performance (if any) as a side effect?

I know that a tuned pipe would do the "real job",but does the muffler do at
least a 5-10% overall performance boost?
