Anyone know a good remote control helicopter for a beginner? Something not
to terribly expensive and easy to learn? It doesn't have to be able to do a
lot of tricks and stuff, and if it could carry a little extra weight (I
thought it'd be cool to attach my miniwireless camera to it, the camera is
slightly bigger than a 9 volt battery)

Any ideas? Or best of all any URLs?

But a better start would be just about anything OTHER than a Robbe Mosquito.
Raptor 30V2, Caliber, Hirobo Sceadu, Concept 32/46VR, you name 'em.

a good heli for price and spare parts
the hawk sport
the moskito sport is a good heli to learn with
very stable but will cost a lot more
the nexsus is a no no you need a fat wallet for spares
i cannot comment on any others as i have not tryed them yet
if there is a club around any of the flyers will be willing to help
then the next step is to join a club and learn with an instructor

Does such a thing as a cheap remote controlled helicopter exist, I have
never seen one with a lead attached to it "remote"

It is you who perform tricks not the heli, I really think you should be at
least looking to do a few hundred pounds on a machine and get some tuition
before you worry about a wireless camera on the bottom, unless you are
looking to collect the moment of impact on film........
