Can you charge a car battery with a Triton/Robbe/supernova?

I've a robbe ultimate, does lead acid batteries. I was wondering if it
is possible to charge a full sized car battery with one of these
chargers. They put out 5 Amps....

Probably if you've got long enough to wait. My car battery has 75amps
capacity so it'd take a while to charge it with something that only puts out
5.
