I know I can buy things cheaper from China but ....
I dropped my 2-year old Spektrum DX7 transmitter, and broke the antenna and a toggle switch.
I sent the radio in to Horizon Hobby with my credit card number to pay for repairs.
The radio was repaired (new antenna, new toggle switch, memory functions tested and range tested) and shipped back to me in Canada - $26 shipping charge covered by Horizon Hobby. No cost to me.
EXCELLENT customer support!
That's why I like to buy name brand products though my local hobby store.
