my corsair came damaged in the side. Ok, things could happen so I called and they told me to send it back. I said ok, but whos paying for the shipping? they replied "you are". They said I have to pay for shipping to send it back and also to pay for the replacement". HUH??? I dont know if you know how expensive it is to ship from CA to TN, but by the time I do that, then might as well buy a new one. I dont know about HL but like other merchants like tower, esprit, etc, they actually pay to ship it back..
