Found. Air speed meter Perth (Applecross)

I found an air speed meter yesterday while walking my dogs in Applecross foreshore (Perth).
It was a little bit wet from the rain but still working fine.
I think it was left there only a day before.

Could have been dropped by a sailboarder/windsurfer. Try 'seabreeze.com'.. they have a WA section. Cheers.

The location where I found it is frequently used by RC flyers. About 500 meters from the windsurfers area or where they park their cars.
It possible that someone was practicing in the oval.

I keep the meter safely in my garage so the owner can always get it back.

What about making a A4 poster and have it laminated to pin on a nearby tree at the location saying something like.

Found wind accessory contact 8675309
And if someone rings ask them what the item is and brand ect.

Leave it there for a month and then if no-one replies id day you have done all you can to try and return it and then should keep it.

I think you should be commended for your honesty, a lot of people would just keep it and not worry too much about who owned it .... commendable stuff man!
