Just picked up the new Novak Brushless motor/esc combo off of Ebay. For 225.00 its a pretty sweet deal. Very nice looking unit. Going to try it in the T3 with a 7.4v 4800ma Li-poly pack. I have another T3 with a Aveox RC7 brushless motor that I run with the Li-polys that gives incredible performance (45mph, 15-20 minute run time, enough power to flip it right over if your not careful) so it will be interesting to see how it stacks up. I will try to get some videos of the two.

I'm looking at getting a brushless system soon. Do you know how well the
Aveox system stacks up against Hacker and Lehner? As for you question, I'd
imagine the Novak system isn't quite as powerful as the Aveox system but
makes it up for it in drivability.

PS What's a Li-Poly pack?

Lithium Polymer is one of the newer batteries, they use them in mobile
phones.

Ahh... Sounds interesting. I would expect run times to be good, but I'd
imagine output voltage would drop a bit more than NiCd or NiMH cells when
supplying high currents.
