I have been having a small anount of de-lam at the hinge line when cutting hinges. It seems the foam breaks away. What is the best way to provide durable hinges in a foam bagged wing and avoid this problem?

Make sure the area of skin around the hinge is really wet out well. It needs to stick. When you cut your hinges, score both sides, inside and out, before bending the hinge. Use a meter stick or something to brace the surface when you bend it, as to keep the hinge bending uniformily.
