what is the best of theese motors what is best? the inrunner brushless, outrunner brushless, inrunner brushed, outunner brushed

Depends on what qualifications you use to determine 'best'. Brushless inrunners are often the most efficient, but may need a gearbox to turn a large prop. Brushless outrunners are cheaper, turn larger props for the motor size compared to inrunners, and can be DIY motors. Brushed inrunners are usually pretty cheap, but not too efficient and need a gearbox for large props.

Never heard of a brushed outrunner, not sure how that would work (two sets of brushes?).
