Hi VOA, I am an experienced glow flyer just getting into electrics and am tired of getting hassled by my fellow slimers for tyring something different.
I have a GWS Tiger Moth and am looking for my next electric. I was wondering if you are accepting new members, and if so what kind of resrictions your field has (plane size?). Also, is there any place aroud here that you can fly indoors?

Hi pomanjon,

Yes, we are accepting new members, we currently have no restrictions besided just flying electric powered planes or gliders. Our field is large enough for bigger planes, but we only have a grass runway and it's a little rough some times. We have no indoor site yet, I do think that you can fly indoors at the Blue Ash rec center once a week, don't know exactly when this is.

If you like to join, our only requirements is AMA membership. Our dues are $10 a year, this pays for the AMA charter.

For more info go to our web site at: www.voaflyers.org

Hope to see you soon at the field. We ususally fly every Sat. morning.

Marcel.
