Basicaly, the concept is just a wide airfoil shaped fuse. I wanna power this with one or two of those $1 motors from goldmine. it will be made out of fan fold.
I need help figuring how big it should be, wingspan, etc. I tried doing this in CAD, but had a heck of a time trying to make an airfoil that looks right. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

When the aspect ratio gets any where near as low as the aspect ratio of the fuselage that you have drawn, the induced angle of attack of the fuselage gets so large that the fuselage can't work as a team with the wing whose aspect ratio results in a far, far smaller induced angle of attack. In other words, the wing will stall before the fuselage can produce enough lift to be of much value. This mismatch between the wing and fuselage renders the airfoiled fuselage of virtually no value in increasing the lift of the whole plane. The squared off intersection between the wing and fuselage subtracts more lift from the wing than the fuselage adds.
If you want to have an effective lifting fuselage it has to be several times wider and blended smoothly into the wing profile. See:

A tweak here and there and you could find yourself over on the Scale Modelling site !
