left and right cyclic reversed!

i just built a trex sev2,with esky 8g's and dx6i.
heres my problem,all functions work but left and right cyclic are backwards.
i reversed a few things in the transmiter but nothing helped.
as far as i know everything is pluged into the right port on the rx.
everything works as it should untill i try left or right cyclic.
i bank left,it banks right and vise versa.
i even tried swapping the servo location to the oppisite frame rail,thinking this would solve it. i installed the servos just as the manual shows.
ive been through the dx6i manual,and the blade 400 manual.
does this make sense to you?

Go into your swash mix menu and whatever value you have for AIL, reverse it.

For example, if you have +60 make it -60 and all will be well.

i reversed ail in swash mix from -75 to +75 and you right all is well.
im gonna level the swash and adjust the pitch....then test fly!

the manual doesnt tell you how to program it!
