The Cowl was repaired were the on & Off switch was, switch will be installed on front of Radio Box, also the rear of the Cowl was repaired were it was notched for the control arms.
I also reinforced the inside of the cowl, in the front and both sides with Fiberglass cloth and the rear, this is a "must" if you want your Cowl to last longer.
Will add more pic's as work is done.

How do you like that motor mount? I had one on a 7.5 OB tunnel and finally tossed the thing in favor of a Du-Bro mount.

I like this mount alot, the sits motor back just enough so you dont have to cut your cowl on the TS2, in the past I have been able to adjust this mount with the K&B 3.5 outboard engine with no problems.
(have a few of these for over 25 years now):)
I also like the Du-Bro 3.5 mount, which is alot better in mounting & sitting back a bit further than the "Prather outboard mount" & very fast and easy to adjust the engine.
"Prather Mount" looks great polished with a clean engine.
Du-Bro Mount, would be the Best for all around set-up and use.
