Everytime I've had a question, Curtis immediately answered the phone and was very helpful. :D

I had a interesting exchange via e-mail with someone at extreme a few months ago, I have the 74" yak that I bought in April of 2007 and just got around to building it this spring. while reading different build logs on the plane some said that there was a horizonal stab incedence issue with some of the kits and that Extreme flight had instructions available to help with measuring and adjusting if needed. When I contacted them about getting these instructions I was replyed to saying that only a couple of kits had this problem and that my kit was fine, just go fly it and have fun! Well I am not the smartest guy around but how could they know my kit was ok? So after what I would call being brushed off to the side I found a poster on one of the threads that was able to send me a copy of the instructions Chris from Extreme had wrote up and sure enough my plane had positive 2 degrees of stab incedence where it should have been 0. My experience wont keep me from buying extreme products, but come on Extreme, what were you thinking that day.
