TrueRC released the new 2S1P 7.4V 1800mAh (http://home.comcast.net/~truerc/ready_pack/ready_packs.htm) li-polymer battery packs for the 1/16 scale Traxxas e-revo and slash
Battery comes with pre installed TRX high current connector, 14AWG wire and balance connector. 15C continuous and 20C max burst is plenty of power for this model car. During grass bash tests the ESC gave up before the battery ever did.
They are $34 each and a pair for $55
