Field Report

Stopped by the field this evening to gas up the mower and see if it would start. No luck with the mower - I'll bring some tools with me Saturday and see if I can get it to start. The good news is that our field is starting to dry out and should be OK for Saturday, although the grass does need to to be cut before any ROGs are attempted. The parking area around the picnic table is still a little mushy, but with a day or two of sun it should be serviceable.

I stopped by there on Wednesday, and right beside the picnic table was a little pool with 2 ducks in it ! :)

I was able to get the mower to start today, so don't be afraid to bring your ROG planes to the field. I flew my Three-Dee, Waco, and Accord 47 off of a mown section without any problems today.

P.S. If you want to use the mower, help yourself, but please remember to check the oil level, as it burns a little. There's a can of oil and a gas can beside the mower.
