Hi,
Need some assistance here please .....
Have been sending mails to support - with mixed responses.
I places a order, but with half the stuff on back order, waited a while and decided I might just as well add some items, that is where the problems started :-(
At first I was told it could be done, then I was told I could not, then I was told, that it could be done by canceling the order, then I would be refunded too my paypal account and then just resubmit the order.......
Well I was advised that the order was canceled and that I would have my money back in 5-7 days - well we now on 14 day and still no money, I double checked with the support and they insist that the order was canceled - I was forced to open a case at paypal, but do not want to escalate the case as I am sure this could be sorted out quite quickly, and I still would like to order some stuff and do not want to sour the relationship.
The funny thing is that one of the hobby-lobby support person responded to the case that was opened a month ago - only today and said that they can change the order - I thought the order was canceled ? !!!!
What to do ?
