I have an older axi 4130/16, one of the magnets came off, the motor was in normal ranges of heat, and was never over amped. Is there a place I can send this motor in for repairs???
Thanks!

Huh!?!?!?
Jaw Dropped!!!!!!
I have purchased eight AXI motors from Hobby Lobby and Jason doesn't personally stand behind the product or the customer???
Please tell me I have misinterpreted this somehow!!!!

We've never done repairs on Axi's. We have recently acquired an exclusive distributorship for AXI's in the US (again) and have brought back the 1/2 price replacement policy. If the motor is outside of the 2 year warranty, you can send us the motor back and we can sell you a new one for 1/2 price. If you are inside of the 2 year warranty and the damage was not caused by a crash or misuse, we can replace the motor.
Thanks,
Jason Cole

Whew! I apparently DID misinterpreted something along the way. :o
All the AXI motors I have purchased are still running like a champ but I have always loved the idea of being able to replace one for half the price if the unthinkable ever happened.
Thank You for clarifing this!!! :D
