All right this was before I found out HL changed hands. I have dealt with HL on and off for over 20 year since I was a teen. Never In my life I had so much an issue with them. I ordered a Supper Miss on back order April 15 paid via by Paypall, called them an month later to confirm that the order was still in place and they told me there was 16 sold out of 100 coming in so I would be receiving one. July 2nd I received an email that it was shipped. The day before I placed an order for a Supper Miss at New Creation's and received it five days later. Still waiting for the other one at HL, called them last Friday morning, left a complaint on their web sight still no response. Worst I tried to call them again Monday and was put right to their messaging system.
Bottom line, please confirm that the product has been shipped and give me a tracking number, or if not please refund my money. You are going to have to get you stuff to getter for some time before I order form you again.
