I wanted to take advantage of the EDF sale but almost choked during checkout. How come "USPS Priority Mail international" costs $393.30 to Norway for the F-5E? And if I want to buy two the shipping actually doubles to $786.60. Product #: ST105C

The F5 is a huge box. That's how much it costs to ship it there.

Ok. The SU-34 costs $82.65 to ship. Oddly, the Swiss F-5 costs $304.38 to ship.
As an example, the F-5 costs $68.85 to ship from Espritmodel (Florida) to Norway with USPS Priority International.

USPS has implemented some seriously restrictive Dimensional Weight policies lately.
Espritmodel may have not updated their information to reflect this.
I sent a box that was too big for a large flat rate box via USPS Priority mail and it wasn't much bigger than a box that a large pair of hiking boots would come in and it had to be shipped using dimensional weight. Even Fedex and UPS allow much larger boxes before DIM weight starts to factor into the shipping costs.
The F-5 box is rather large so I bet this is the case here when shipped USPS priority international.
