Does anyone know if Model Rectifier Corp is still in business?
Reason I ask is that 3 months ago I purchased a complete Reflex XTR package to use with a JR 9XII transmitter. I got the dreaded "Interface not responding" errors despite culling USB processes and trying on different computers. Contacting MRC, they asked me to send the interface in for repairs as it was possibly faulty.
Now almost 3 months later since sending it in, and no response from them despite follow up emails asking where my purchase has got to and no news from the tech who initially contacted me.
Reflex XTR was not cheap. 20+ years in this hobby and I have never been so ripped off or experienced service like this.
