Venom 36amp esc

Hi all, I found a speedy and motor that I'm gonna stick in a old wing I had for a bit of back yard use. Only problem is I can't find the destructions ,And I've got no idea with speedies. Any help?
It's a Venom 36amp esc. Astan

Probably setup default to 3S and brake off. Those didn't have many settings to change like a Castle ESC.
