I ordered an item and it arrived damaged. Box was crushed and the part was broken in half. I filled out a return form on the website yesterday as indicated on the site. Still waiting for a reply.
How long does one usually need to wait for Hobby-Lobby support to reply? I was hoping to have this plane in the air for the forth - I know that is out of the question now. Just would like a reply so I know where I stand on getting a replacement.

Just got a reply. But no idea when I will get a replacement. They said I need to wait for the shipper to contact me. I guess that is standard procedure for shipping damage.
