Ladies and gentlemen

After talking with the some of the organizers, The NEAT Fair has decided it will donate any profit from the fair to relief efforts of the NYC disaster. With the expected reduced attendance and refunds associated, this may not be much, but we will still make the effort.

We feel this is the best thing we can do with the money this year.

Tom,

That is an excellent idea.
I am wholly supportive of your sentiment.

Sorry that I we won't be there to support you and the event.

Get hold of a great big jar. Cut a slot in the lid and tape a note to the front that says "FOR OUR FRIENDS IN NYC". Stand back and watch it fill up. Guarenteed.

Yes. Keep the profits the organizers deserve them.

We will make gifts for our "Friends in New York".

I applaud the decision to continue with the Fair. We all have to go forward with all our activities as soon as we can and as best we can.

I just want to say I think that was a very kind and considerate move.
I will not be able to attend this year due to the terrible events here in NY city itself but wish all you guys that can make it the very best and have fun for those of us that can't make it! I'm sure that everyone here in NY thinks you are doing the right thing. I will be there next year in force!!!
best regards,
Ian
