Do the expansion packs have additional engines, props, engine sounds, etc.?

:D Yes, you get access to all the components that the new planes have in that expansion pack as well as the ones the swap pages provide.
You can then use them with the components from prior planes to do modifications and improvements as needed for ............ Fun

One thing to watch out for is that Expansion pack 5 (http://www.realflight.com/products/gpmz4115index.html) and Expansion Pack 6 (http://www.realflight.com/products/gpmz4116index.html) need to Real Flight G4 (or later) to work.
