Asymmetrical Swing Wings For Roll Control

Like F-111 or F-14 type swing wings but not on a super sonic fight. Just a regular plane with independent sweep off aileron servos. What would the effect be and would it be possible to have roll control that way without any conventional ailerons? Or would it just be an un-flyable mess?

As the wing lift goes to zero you have no roll control. When flying inverted the roll control will reverse. This could be problematic...

Yeah it's dependent on the AOA where ailerons are not (generally speaking).
