Hi

I noticed that the "USB interface cable" version is cheaper than the "USB GameCommander" version with AeroFly and EasyFly.

Their USB game commander looks very similar to the E-SKY controller I already own. I'm wondering if I can purchase the cheaper interface cable version and use my existing controller.

I understand that the hardware contains some copy protection circuitry so presumably I would have to plug-in the provided interface cable in one USB port and my E-SKY in another. Is this correct?

Anyone know for sure if this works? I have sent a request to Ikarus support but they are real slow in replying.

As far as i know, it is possible to use any other "standard windows joystick" as a secondary controller provided the genuine interface is used as the primary.

as I suspected! Does it matter if nothing is connected to the interface (I have no compatible Transmitter)?

update: received reply from Ikarus with reply "It will not work". Although I was specifically asking about EasyFly.

Maybe purchasing a cheap basic 4ch TX and investing in one of the other sims would be your best bet then
