what would be the thrust angle of the motor on a flying wing or combat.....the motor is at the back ....would it be down or straight with the wing or up ...... all help would be great .....thx in advance .... then i will have to find the cg.. as the wing is shorter now about 40"

Most likely it's a symetrical wing so it would be straight back. Looking down from the top and from the back, the back of the motor should be pointed to the right a bit. CG should be between 15 and 20 % of the chord. Probably a bit of up elevon would be needed for some reflex. Can be adjusted at test flying. This is just a place to start.
