Have a question on a super vee 27

Yes i have a super vee 27 with brushless motor. I had this boat out over the weekend and the boat was running real great then it had an all of a sudden stop dead in its tracks and would hardly move we thought the batterys were dead but then once we took the hatch off we smelt something like burning and saw some smoke..... I think it might be the water cooling but not sure may be the batterys i have putting to out to much for the motor... But im not sure can someone please help me out?????????? :confused: :(

Try disconnecting the batt. and the prop shaft from the motor. Turn the motor slowly with your fingers to see if there is a "sticky" or binding spot as the armature turns. If there is, you have probably thrown a magnet in the motor. Replace it or get it fixed.
