motors an batts

as you can see from my photos, im makiing a landing craft, its 30" long by 25" wide (roughly) my question is :- What type of battery is best to use ( cells or other) and what motors (i have 2 which work on 6v-12v), i will be using either M4 or M5 shafts and 3 blade props, all suggestions welcomed
