The collection of model boats by the late Mike Bond.
Mike Bond was a well known model ship builder who produced reviews of kits for many model boat magazines world wide, and for many years was the lead modeller of the model ship building team that exhibited at many shows across the U.K.
This model ship collection is from the models that he built and wrote the reviews that have been published.
Mike was a great friend for very many years and we have been asked by his widow and daughters to dispose of his collection. All funds raised in the sale of these models will go to his family.
The full range of ships can be seen in person by appointment at the Deans Marine showroom..
All proceeds again will go to mikes Wife and Daughters.

A first class and highly detailed model of the Leander class Frigate, mikes pride and joy and his own favourite model. Superb is the only words that can describe this model ship
Based on a glass fibre hull, most this ship is scratch built and parts from Sirmar.
1/96 scale L 47" x beam 5" Fitted with 2 x Kondor motors and couplings
Complete with a stand and timber transport case.
