I've never flown an ultra stick in real life. I've been flying the ultrastick in Clearview. Somehow I expected it to fly a lot faster. It just seems to wallow along.

How closely does the Clearview ultra stick fly to the real thing ?

Thanks

I have not flow the model on clearview but it may be close to the real slow stick. As the name says a real slow stick flys slow. Makes it easy to learn on. Also crashes are not to costly. Good luck, mxerman

OK.

I didn't realize that the Ugly Stick descendants fly similar to the slow stick descendants. I thought the Ugly Sticks were a sport type plane and the slow sticks were trainerish. But the Ultra Stick is definitely trainerish. I find it flies slower and easier than the trainer models in Clearview.
