I'm using Plastruct diamond plate on the deck of my springer. I'm concerned with the fact that the springer deck seems to always be wet, what would be a good way for me to glue it down, so it is as waterproof as possible?
Any suggestions?

The plastic doesn't care about water, but a wood deck under it might. The trick I've used is to resin coat the wood, sand it smooth, then CA the plastic on, including a bead around the perimeter... I even used 3M 77 spray adhesive once, worked fine.

Epoxy the wooden subdeck first- sand, then apply the plastruct over it using CA is my suggestion...
I have not had good luck myself using epoxy alone to bond styrene sheet.

Aero's right, epoxy will not stick to styrene. Contact cement will and C/A will but rough sand the gluing surface of the plastic to give a better bond.

I agree seal the wood with resin and roughen the plastruct lightly but then I use silicon (RTV). Holds tight slightly and flexible. Best of all if you need to it can be removed and cleaned up and reapplied.
