Hi.Im getting ready to build another model boat and was wondering if anyone here could recommend a good glue for gluing balsa wood planks to hardwood frames?I normally use a standard superglue but Ive always had trouble with my planks popping off with it.Thanks

Popping off after it cures?
CA (superglue) has worked for me- if you are building this boat for use on the water and not for static display, a coat of epoxy on the inside of the hull to seal it also helps bond the planks to the frames...
An alternative to try is Titebond III wood glue- (brand in the U.S., not sure where you are) great stuff- you will need to pin the planks to the frames as the glue dries- Titebond III is waterproof

If you have a complicated shape to form with the planks, soak the plank in warm water first, pin / hold it to the frames and allow to dry for 24 hours.. it takes on the shape of the hull and wont 'pop off' when you try to glue it.
You may have to do this a couple of times in extreme cases.

I use a combination of thick and VERY thin CA (Robbe Speed Extra Thick and Robbe Speed Extra). For stubborn parts, the best is still Loctite 401. BUT it's black...
