It didn't turn out quite as well as I'd hoped, but overall, several students learned a lot and were very happy with the project, so it wasn't a total failure.

Next semester I plan on doing this project again - possibly with a BD5, or something, and making it totally successful.

Great attitude...it's unfortunate most people aren't as open minded.

Nice to hear that some students learned something.

Didn't turn out as expected. That's the best results you can get.

you found out what didn't work.

you found out some things that did work.

you probably found out patterns in thinking that both do work and don't work...a combination of both is what does work.

I'm weary from trying to go above and beyond - the results from these efforts include few benefits which quickly drown under a tidal wave of new problems.

At this school, we will never do any projects like this again, nor anything which is beyond the curriculum defined and approved by the state and district.

Sorry to hear that but I do understand. You have a passion for what you do while the school board does not.

Interesting how projects that have the potential to change a students mind and way of thinking. Projects that have the ability to really make a difference to students gets lost in politics.

It's a real shame what is going on here...the dumbing up of America.
