I have been doing business with HL for many years, and even with the recent glitches brought on by ownership and inventory management system changes, I will still call it a good experience over all. Have some large errors been made lately? Yes, and quite a few. Has there been communication problems? Yes, but Jason is on here everyday trying his best to resolve them. Did they bite off more than they could chew when implementing the new system? For sure! I am confident, however, that they will dig their way out of this and be even better than before.
Just a few words for those who keep wanting to beat a dead horse. Please let us all know where that perfect world that you live in is located, because I want to live there too. For the rest of us who have enjoyed great service and many positive experiences until just recently, let's show a little class and let them win back our loyalty. Just my $.02.

I too hope you are correct , I felt the same as you about a year ago and wanted to believe they would get it together. It's a year later for me and I don't see much improvement although believe it is possible.
Please let us know how your next few orders go in the sense that:
-Did you get correct product?
-Delivered to correct address?
-In stock items missing from order?
-Item priced correctly?
-Did you have to call to correct anything about the order or inquire any info on status of order?

I had one order delivered to an old, invalid address, but I only figured it out when rechecked the order confirmation after a too long wait time. I contacted support and the person in charge said that nobody had returned it, so I lost my order. That address didn't even was in my file anymore, I don't know where HL found it.
So I ordered the same item a second time. This time it arrived sooner... to my old address, that now belongs to an angry ex-wife. Don't have to say I got it, but not without some trouble.
I complained twice in the support page, without a word in return except the automated reply.
Then I mailed that person again, and he said that one order was delivered to the supplied address. It wasn't.
Great support, isn't it?

Are you serious? There's a lot of room between "a perfect world" and pure :censored: . To suggest that customers shouldn't voice their complaints because it's impossible for HL to be "perfect" is nonsense.
There a lot more issues here than just "glitches". Maybe they will get their act together someday (and I hope they do), but they have lost many loyal customers. You reap what you sow.
That some choose not to deal with HL after several bad experiences is not having "class"? Please.

I´m an a 3 years HL customer and live in Chile. Since 1 year ago I´ve opened a PO Box Service at Miami for easy shopping.
I´ve asked HL for the free catalog to my PO Box service in Miami, but it arrives at my home in Chile. Now I got a USPS Customs Declaration wich has an item for $26.75 for Postage and Fees, when supossed to be $3, as I usually pay for magazines to here.
In the order there´s the new Miami address, but somewhere in the back office is the old Chilean address.
What to do? Is this a bill? I´m owning this to USPS? Send it to HL?
