Is there any place where you can buy the joysticks / pots used for RC controllers without buying a whole radio to canibalize? I only see smaller game type pots/joysticks on DigiKey...

Just curious.

If you end up interested in game style pots, try video game stores, I picked up a PS1 controller for $2.

For whole radios, maybe see if anybody in the local club has a radio from an RTF model that they don't use the TX from. At one point I had 4-5 elcheapo 4-6 ch non-computer TXes sitting around my workshop, in addition to the 2 TXes I actually use.

I think I might have a crappy radio laying around that I can sacrifice - I was just trying to find another source in case the pots from that radio are too low quality, or I break them.

Thanks for the offer tho!
