Here are some pictures of my first rc boat.

I added a camera and transmitter to it and went to the local pond.

It worked well and was a blast. Exploring, people and nature watching , the camera has a pan and tilt.

for such a small motor on two cells it goes pretty fast.

I look through the goggles as I pilot around.

love the ducted fan shroud I have seen people use PVC pipe for kort nozzles why not a bucket for a fan/prop shroud. Where did you get such a small camera and how do you transmit the video back to you?

You can get the stuff on the internet, range video as an example.

will for sure be able to go further than I can see from where i control the boat..

My rc control is a very special one, that can go very very far away.

Hey Dave you have some really nice stuff. I love the Excel and the airplanes look to be good work. However your boats look a little strange or is it that you can't give up the wings? Ha! The way that pontoon creation moves I'm sure it wll fly but it goes off the video so it's hard to tell. What cha gotta do is lower the props some and get them in the water if ya want to build a boat. Meantime you have some very interesting ideas there and I for one hope to see more of them. Pete

Foo, it gets up on step easy, but will not take off from the water.

Next vid will be way better and will try to show from the camera it getting up on step
