never been used comes Complete w/ Instructions on Balancing and Sharpening

I have had this for over 20 years, just never got around to use it.
the plastic box has a broken hinge, it came that way when I bought it.

I have used one for over 20 years. It is so precise, you can detect a gnats butt hair on a boat prop blade! :p

Not only for boat props, but airplane props, spinners, car wheels, engine flywheels, etc.
