So first Nitroplanes and now HL.
I'm trying to reach them on the phone to find out status on some items and after 1 - 12 minutes and then 14 minutes I get 'transferred' automatically to a voice machine.

Thx, I'll pass n this vendor as well.

Let's try the next one :D

I hear you on that one. Its bad enough that we're buying things made by slave labor (in some cases) by 10 year old Chinese kids...

...the least these companies can do is to have a human being answer the damn phone! :)

Well, that's probably not fair. They can only have so many people on staff to answer the phones and things DO get busy...but it is a shame if/when they cut costs on the customer service level and reduce their staff. I don't know that HL has done this but shame on them if they did.

Vote with your wallet... that's all a consumer can do. When I find a vendor that does well by me, I'm extremely loyal. For example, I doubt I'll buy a battery from anyone other than www.Valuehobby.com for the forseeable future.

Hey Guys,
We know we've been behind on the phones lately. We've actually INCREASED our phone staff to handle all the calls. We had 10 messages in the voice mail pool this morning so we are just about all caught up. If you call during a busy time and have to leave a message, someone should call you back promptly. We've also increased our phone hours from 9-5 to 7-8 M-F and 10-5 on Saturday. We're here for you guys and are ready to take your call now.
