hi all
Don't seem to be having much luck at the moment! :)
Downloading data into v7.37 on Vista will insist on only displaying one session of a multi session dataset. I've found two places to select sesion, and both are ALL SESSIONS... the wierd thing is that a download of the same data to v7.37 on XP doesn't do the same thing! all sessions are visible...
If you have Vista and XP could you see if the same thing happens for you?
TIA

That is odd. Anyone else seeing this with Vista? We have not encountered this issue here with vista.

Hi all
First of all, love the eLogger V3 , 70 Volts, 150 Amps, using it on my boats :) .
I'm using Vista Ultimate 32 bit and my data loads fine and can view session on the main screen but when I want to view it in the 2D Chart I get the screen that the "Flight Data Recorder Has Stopped Working" and have to close it, does any one have this problem?
the 2D Chart works fine on my XP Pro operating system drive which is on the same pc.
Sorry forgot to mention using version 6.93
Thanks
Ken

Sorted!
RESET DEFAULTS has brought all the sessions back in sync with the settings about what sessions to display...
Ken;
not seen that error, although I have seen "index out of bounds" on 3d GPS data chart... 2nd attempt seems to work ok...
This is with v7.44 link on another thread, (although everything seems to be showing v7.37)

Ken/equusine, 7.45 has just been posted, which will force a reset to the chart after installation. What happened is that we updated some of the chart parameters, but forgot to do the "silent" reset in the software.

Hi Bill, just installed 7.50 and get a "Buffer Overrun Detected" error as soon as I click on the 2D chart, and has to shut down the program...hmmm. Never got a chance to download version 7.45.

Hi Ken,
Does this problem still occur? If so, are there any options to display additional data about the buffer overrun? Maybe a "details" link or similar?

Hi Bill,
Tried version 7.58 and still comes up with buffer overrun detected when trying to access the 2d charts. No other data except that it says "eagle Tree Systems/Data Recorder/Data Recorder.exe" Program needs to close
Thanks

Hi Ken,
Sorry to hear about the issue. Can you please try "Advanced, Delete All Eagle Tree Settings" to see if that resolves the issue? Note that this will delete any model profiles, etc. if you don't want to do this, let me know and we'll find another way to resolve it.

Hi Bill
Ya it's me again  . I tried what you asked by going into advanced and delete the settings but after reconfiguring it I still can't get the 2d chart to come up and windows has to close the program.
I guess I'll just have to use my Windows XP drive to veiw the 2d chart, not a big problem.
Thanks for your help :) .

Hi Ken,
Sorry about your ongoing issue with the chart. I have made a change that will hopefully resolve this. This will be in version 7.63, which should be posted on or before Monday.

As mentioned on another thread, I'm getting this error with 7.65 on vista on 2d and 3d charts. (XP works ok)

equusine, sorry should have mentioned that my errors are with vista 32bit . Tried 7.67 and same error (buffer over run) program needs to close when trying to open into the 2D Graph. When I use XP drive on the same PC I have no problems.

These issues should be addressed in beta software version 7.71, which will be posted later today.
Let me know if any of the problems remain!
