Hi Everyone,
I posted a thread a few weeks ago complaining about HL
customer service. You've all seen the complaints and also
the pleas for patience from HL management.
Well I'm happy to say that my issue was resolved and
my warranty replacement is on it's way. I couldn't be
happier with the way it was handled when I called today.
I think things are returning to normal over there. Let's
give them another chance before giving up.
