Canadian Orders - Placed today so let's see how things go :)

Just looking at placing an order and wanted to find out if anyone had any issues with HL shipping and such; or border tarriffs for that matter.

Just called to ask about shipping and was directed to the website; they could not give me an indication of the shipping costs over the phone. OK, I can handle that but... there is only two options for shipping to Canada and the cheapest is 33.74? (looks south .. errr.. I'm only an hour from the border lol)
Seems a bit high but since I don't order online often I am not sure. ANyone else ordering from Canada have similar question answered before?

My fiancee ships to Canada all the time. How big, how heavy and what service did you use? I'll ask her when she gets back if that sounds reasonable.

Was 37 dollars (the cheapest one they provide) for USPS Priority Mail International. The next one was 87 dollars :P

Order Status still says In Progress as well. Hmmm

They Shipped it yesterday. So ordered May 28th and shipped June 1.

We did have some shipping delays last week. We are now shipping orders faster and are just about back to our same day shipping service we had before the systems changes.

Flyboone - You might want to ensure your online system updates as well. Right now, even though I received the shipping email, my account still shows as In Progress for the order.

I am a Quality Assurance Manager for web based software if you guys need a hand doing some testing.

Good information there. Shipped June 1, but still shows In Progress as of June 9. I'll get our guy to take a look and fix it.

Arrived yesterday. Nicely packaged. Cost an extra 15 at the border though. Pain in the ass. Still very nice indeed!
