Nice stabilization of the video. Maybe someone else is building this type of UAV paraglider, but this is the first I have seen. This model didn't seem to be on the price list (though my Cyrillic is rusty)

Bet the control laws for that are a piece of work. Maybe Uzbekestan can give us one that fits in your pocket & uses a t-shirt as the parachute. China can finance it, Israel can fly it & Americans can watch.
